Whistleblowing policy is crucial for businesses, allowing employees to report misconduct. In Malaysia, the Malaysian Whistleblower Protection Act of 2010 is used to protect the whistleblower. The lack of research in Malaysian settings and a lack of understanding about whistleblowing, job satisfaction, organizational support and organizational justice affect the Malaysian oil and gas industry, hindering organizational success. Therefore, the objective of this study is to investigate the effect of job satisfaction, organizational support and organizational justice on whistleblowing in oil and gas industry in Malaysia. The population of participants consists of 169 employees from an oil and gas industry in Malaysia. The data is collected electronically using Google Forms, distributed through WhatsApp application. Researcher utilizes SPSS version 29 software to examine the data. The study utilizes data analytic methodologies such as descriptive analysis, hypothesis testing, multiple regression, and Pearson correlation. The study found that these three criteria had a considerable impact on workers' inclination to report misbehaviour and unethical behaviour, based on both empirical inquiry and theoretical analysis. The hypotheses about these links were examined and supported, highlighting the importance of cultivating a favourable organisational culture, promoting openness, accountability, and providing support systems for those who report wrongdoing. The results emphasise the crucial significance of job satisfaction, organisational support, and organisational justice in fostering ethical conduct and integrity inside organisations. These findings emphasise the need for continuous research and practical initiatives to improve organisational settings, guaranteeing the promotion and preservation of ethical behaviour 2024 Thesis NonPeerReviewed text en https://etd.uum.edu.my/11452/1/depositpermission.pdf text en https://etd.uum.edu.my/11452/2/s829303_01.pdf Marina, Morzani (2024) The effect of job satisfaction, organizational support and organizational justice on whistleblowing in oil and gas industry in Malaysia.
