Summary:This study aimed to determine the extent of the relationship of an organization's training environment with the transfer of training at the Royal Malaysian Customs Academy (AKMAL) in Melaka. The three main objectives of this study are to identify the level of transfer of training at AKMAL, the relationship between the dimensions of organizational climate with the transfer of training at AKMAL and in identifying the most dominant dimensions of organizational climate which influences the transfer of training. This study was conducted on 74 respondents who were Senior Customs Officer attending training at AKMAL. The data collected were processed using computer software 'Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) version 16' using the analysis of percentage, frequency, mean and Pearson Correlation. The results showed that the level of transfer of training at AKMAL is at a high level and that the majority of Senior Customs Officer who attended the courses conducted had the interest to implement the knowledge and skills acquired at AKMAL to their work so that they could undertake the task properly, satisfactory and excellently.
