Fatty acid composition and cyclopropene fatty acid content of China-chestnuts (Sterculia monosperma, ventenat)

The China-chestnuts (Sterculia monosperma, Ventenat) were examined for their fatty acid composition by gas liquid chromatography, infrared and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
