This study is conducted in the banking industry in Kuching. The research method used in this study is quantitative study with 4 point likert scale questionnaire survey with the population of 180. A total of 134 questionnaire received and used for the actual test. The hypothesis testing used in this research is Pearson Correlation Analysis to test the correlations between the variables and Multiple regression Analysis that is used to determine the most dominant relationships between the variables. From the data screening of the study, the findings have shown a valid and reliable research with a normally distributed data. The results of the research study shown that there is a strong positive relationships between base pay, bonus pay and medical benefits with employees performance. Base pay is said to have the most dominant relationships with employee performance based on the findings from the multiple regression analysis.
