The effects of compensation on employees performance in banking industry : Employee motivation as the mediator
Compensation is vital for performance of employees. The study aims to determine the effects of compensation (pay,rewards and benefits) on employee's performance particularly in banking industry of Malaysia. Its also focuses on the role of employee's motivation as the mediator.
