Organic acid content and Antimicrobial Properties of Eleiodoxa conferta Extracts at Different Maturity Stages
Eleiodoxa conferta water extracts at different maturity stages were shown to contain three types of organic acid which are oxalic, ascorbic and malic acids by HPLC analysis.
