Summary:This paper is aim to study about the impact of the work-family interface (i.e.work-family conflict,family-work conflict,work-family enrichment,and family-work enrichment),job satisfaction and turnover intention among the non-executives in Rohm Wako Electronic (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd.This study in to examine the role of work-family and family-work interface (i.e. work-family conflict,family-work conflict,work-family enrichment and family-work enrichment) in predicting job satisfaction and related to the turnover intention.The data was collected from non-executive employee in only one random production department in multinational company which is Rohm Wako Electronic (Malaysia) Sdn.Bhd.There were 105 questionnaires that has been collected and need to be analyzed.Based on the result,it shows that job satisfaction cannot be as mediator because it is not comply with the Baron and Kenny (1986) principles.It only shows that only work-family and family-work conflict that have the relationship with the turnover intention.
