Besides learning the nursery rhymes students were able to broaden their scientific knowledge on spiders.Conclusion: This study affirms that knowledge of science can be integrated in the teaching of nursery rhymes.In addition, this study has strong pedagogical implication on teaching and learning of science through nursery rhymes.
