In understanding these key elements towards achieving success throughout the emergence of globalization, the main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between workload, role conflict, supervisor support and co-worker support with employee performance among telecommunication employees, Jordan. Data was collected using questionnaire through convenience sampling technique. Total 285 questionnaires distributed to the employees; however, only 119 questionnaires have been successfully collected, and further used for the data analysis. For data analysis; SPSS version 25.0 has been used. From the research findings, it revealed that three (3) out of four variables having significant relationship with the employee performance, which are role conflict, supervisor support and co-worker support.
