The level of employee engagement can be boosted by recognizing its drivers. For this purpose of study, the Malaysian banking sector was selected as it steers a crucial role in the financing sector, hence contributing to Malaysian economy. The drivers of employee engagement are identified as diversity & inclusion and talent management and their relationship between employee engagement are examined. A quantitative methodology approach was applied and survey with 5-point Likert scale questionnaires were distributed and a total 149 responses were received. The Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26, was used to carried out the process for analyzing the data for the study.
