Description
Summary:Employee engagement has been widely investigated recently as it delivers a positive business result. Consequently, the complex competition prevailing in the banking industries, sustaining a high-level engagement between the employees is significant for continuous business performance. The level of employee engagement can be boosted by recognizing its drivers. For this purpose of study, the Malaysian banking sector was selected as it steers a crucial role in the financing sector, hence contributing to Malaysian economy. The drivers of employee engagement are identified as diversity & inclusion and talent management and their relationship between employee engagement are examined. A quantitative methodology approach was applied and survey with 5-point Likert scale questionnaires were distributed and a total 149 responses were received. The Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 26, was used to carried out the process for analyzing the data for the study. The result of the hypotheses has been accepted; therefore, the findings of these hypotheses were compared with the literature reviewed
