Summary:Virtual work opportunities permit organizations to retain the talent while cultivating a society. Technological advances have offered different tools of interaction, which help virtual employees in taking part in social interactions and create good relationships with other employees in the organization. Additionally, technological advancement has enhanced the ability for employees to interact with co-workers around the world. This study aimed to identify the influence of employees’ creativity factors on employees’ virtual performance and to evaluate the moderating role of employees’ technological skills on the relationship between employees’ creativity factors and employees’ virtual performance. For this purpose quantitative research design and deductive approach has been applied. The sample of the study was 349 employees of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources using simple random sampling. Instrument of the study was questionnaire comprised four sections: demographic information, employees’ creativity, virtual performance and technological skills. Process Macro technique was applied (SPSS-26v) to find the moderation effect. Results showed that employees’ creativity factors positive and strongly influence the employees’ virtual performance, while technological skills positive moderate the relationship between employees’ creativity and employees’ virtual performance. It is concluded that with the increasing technological skills, employees can utilize their creativity to enhance the virtual performance and can attain their organizational objectives. Research limitations and future recommendations also mentioned at the end of the research for scholars and researchers.
