The research attempts to investigate how leaders affect staff's Organizational Commitment (OC). We found that there is a significant relationship between leaders' CQ who operates with meta-cognitive, cognitive, motivational, and behavioral with OC. Moreover, the quality of leadership within an organization had an effect on the OC.
