Industrial policy has considerable influence in shaping the industrial property market growth through the changes in the institutional structure of the property market. The changes are assessed through the types of property provision for industrial activities, the types of agents that operates and the changing activities of the industrial property market. The property provision has changed considerably from the traditional factory buildings to modern and flexible factory buildings following changes in the industrial sector. The variations to the industrial property market are the outcome of the process of interaction of property market agents operating in the market with the institutional provisions of the property market.
