Summary:The importance of incentives lies in their effect on human behaviour, as it is considered an important factor in improving the performance of employees, and this study aims to identify the role of material and moral incentives on the performance of the human resource in Nesma Holding Company in Jeddah. We have relied on the descriptive and analytical approach in the theoretical side; where the study sample consisted of 60 workers in Nesma Holding Company, 60 questionnaires were distributed to the workers of the company, and they were completely retrieved. In conclusion, the results show that having appropriate materials and moral incentives, and good training can have a significant impact on employee motivation, knowledge and job performance.
