This study discussed current trends in the demographics of maintenance personnel in Malaysia's oil and gas maintenance sector. 50 MVAC employees (n=50) from a Malaysian oil and gas company completed a questionnaire survey as a part of this study. The set of questions was related to intrinsic and extrinsic motivation that can help achieve employees' job satisfaction.
