Thus, a mobile application is proposed in order to combat the problem by creating a virtual queue for its users. The project will be develop based on Rapid Application Development methodology, an agile and iterative approach in developing an application. The outcome of this project is a system that are able to do two core functions, queue management (on the service provider side) and queue request and notification (for the client side). Upon the accomplishment of this project, it will not only able to diminish queues, but also helps its users in benefiting their time more to other important matters.
