| Summary: | In the modern era, queuing was never a favour to anyone. People nowadays would prefer to have their business settled swiftly and without having the trouble to go anywhere. Hence, a lot of system has been developed in order to diminish queues. However, some services still require clients to queue in order to get their businesses done. Thus, a mobile application is proposed in order to combat the problem by creating a virtual queue for its users. The project will be develop based on Rapid Application Development methodology, an agile and iterative approach in developing an application. The outcome of this project is a system that are able to do two core functions, queue management (on the service provider side) and queue request and notification
(for the client side). Upon the accomplishment of this project, it will not only able to diminish queues, but also helps its users in benefiting their time more to other important matters. |
