Summary:This study is aim to identify the relationship between selected factors and turnover intention. The selected factor in this study are include job stress, pay and working environment. This study is quantitative research and using questionnaire as research instrument. The respondents participated are those in supporting group that works in private organization at Sibu, Sarawak. A total of 75 respondents were involved in this study. The data was analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) are Pearson Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The findings showed that there is a positive relationship between job stress and turnover intention. Pay was found that do not have relationship with turnover intention. Working environment had negative relationship with turnover intention. The result of this research also showed that job stress was the most dominant factor that influence turnover intention.
