This study has used questionnaire to collect the data therefore, it is a quantitative survey study. IBM SPSS software has been used to analyse the data. Statistical analysis that been used is Pearson Correlation Analysis. The result from this study shows there is a significant relationship between motivation and organizational climate toward workaholism. This study has proof that Malaysia's employees also have a tendency to workaholism. Therefore, organization and human resource practitioner need to develop strategies to overcome this issues.
