Summary:The purpose of this study is to analyse the relationship between motivation and organizational climate toward workaholism among private employees in Kedah. Achievement motivation has been used to analyse the motivation of the employees. There are 66 employees who participated in this research over 100 employees. This study has used questionnaire to collect the data therefore, it is a quantitative survey study. IBM SPSS software has been used to analyse the data. Statistical analysis that been used is Pearson Correlation Analysis. The result from this study shows there is a significant relationship between motivation and organizational climate toward workaholism. This study has proof that Malaysia's employees also have a tendency to workaholism. Therefore, organization and human resource practitioner need to develop strategies to overcome this issues.
