The case background provided a scenario of the Vital ed Solution (VeS) as start-up company which facing dufficulties in penetrating the market; and building its customers’s trust and loyalty. In the case analysis, several marketing tools were employed in order to evaluate the competitive position and direction for Vital ed Solution. The findings were used to evaluate the problems and recommend the best alternative solution for VeS to startegize its marketing strategy. This paper also suggested the proposal of marketing plan that can be implemented by VeS. The marketing plan has few objectives to achieve and is purposely designed to address them. The plan is designed by taking into consideration on VeS’s positin and put this company in the proper direction to meet the market challenges in the competitive industry.
