Summary:This study focusing on e-service quality, product quality and price on level of satisfaction which focusing among UMK student from SAB program 3rd year online purchases at Shopee application. The sample comprised of 215 students. The sampling method used in this research is convenience sampling method. The questionnaires were distributed by using Google form. The findings presented that e-service quality (r= 0.487, p= 0.000), product quality (r= 0.470, p= 0.000) and price (r= 0.426, p= 0.000) are the factors that significantly related to level of satisfaction. The analytical results confirmed that there is a significant positive correlation between e-service quality, product quality and price and the level of satisfaction. In addition to this, the study has some limitations. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward for future research.
