Therefore, this study focuses on efforts to increase the efficiency of sale order processing for one of the industrial manufacture of SME company in interior design at Pengkalan Chepa, Kelantan. The objective of this study is to identify the bottleneck and problem that occurred in sale order processing, to identify the root cause of the bottleneck, and to propose the solution to solve the problem. Structured interviews with open-ended questions and a grounded theory approach used to direct the methods of this case study, one suggested by Goldratt (1990), is the Constraint Theory (1990) using some of the appropriate problem-solving tools. In this study, the production division factor identified as the bottleneck and its contributor is due to the revised problem that affects lengthy sale order processing in the company. Suggestions or solutions for the company to improve based on the issues and causes of the issues that occur been suggested at the end of the case study.
