Thus, Malaysian government as an Islamic country has encouraged to implement Islamic ethics. This article attempts to investigate the concept of Islamic ethics, its principles and components as a framework to be implemented in organizational context. It also discusses the Malaysian government’s initiatives in instilling Islamic ethics in its civil service in particular, and the people in general.
