Bhd, Menara TR, and Kuala Lumpur. It is known as Performance Information System (PIS), which consists of 4 sub-systems that are Personal Information, Monthly Status, Evaluation form and Report. There are four main objective of the thesis. The first one is to provide an easier and fester way of storing data compared to existing manual system. The second objective is to store staff performance data electronically,The third objective is to generate evaluation report, yearly status summary on leave and attendance disciplinary records. The fourth objective is to facilitate the Top Management and Employees in evaluation process compared to existing system.
