Summary:Employee satisfaction is the terminology used to describe whether the employees are happy, contended and fulfilling their desires and needs at work. Job satisfaction is the positive emotional of workers towards their jobs and work experience. An individual joins an organization with certain expectations and when these expectations come true the individual becomes pleased with her job then its lead to the good performance of the workers in the organization. The main aim of this study is to know the factor that affects employee job satisfaction in the workplace. Employee is a back bone of every organization, so without employee no work can be done. Therefore, employee satisfaction is very important to be treated as they are an important asset for an organization. Employees will be more satisfied if they get what they want and it contributes to a better performance. This study is based on questionnaire method. A sample of 60 employees in Intraxius Group of Companies is taken to conduct this study. The questions is regarding to the factor that affect employee job satisfaction which is include the salary, working condition and also fairness of treatment. The researcher will make the analysis from the data and also to make the conclusion on what the most respondent feedback whether they satisfied or not with their works
