Summary:Faralova is combination of the owner's name and the product itself which is pavlova. Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. It is a meringue-based dessert with a crisp crust and soft, light inside, usually topped with fruit and whipped cream. But now there a lot of variety of pavlova. Either change the base or the fruits on top. Somehow, from large pavlova, a lot of small entrepreneur also bake a mini pavlova. Easier for mini occasion and small gathering in office or so on. In Faralova, we do one size which is large size and the topping can choose up to two fruits.
