| Summary: | This report will be explains about repairment work during Defect Liability period in construction. Defect in construction is an important element in construction work. In this report I will be explain about how defect work in construction base on Gerbang Nusajaya ways. This report is divided into several chapter and start from chapter 1. Chapter 1 is the details of company and end at Chapter 5 conclusion. At this report also I will attached my reference and appendix as extra information. For chapter 1 I will explain details about my company profile during my internships at Gerbang Nusajaya. The location of my company during internship. I also have talk about organization chart of my company. And also another topic that I will explain in this chapter. Chapter 2 is literature review, at this chapter I will explain introduction of repairing work, definition of defect liability period, quality and workmanship on building, process of evaluation as stated in contract and lastly for this chapter I will talk about the example of building report and plan and list of defect. Next, chapter 3 is case study. In this chapter I will explain in more detail about my case study, what place scope involve in my case study such as office, main road, sewerage treatment plant (STP), and backroad. The process of defect work done in RMMJ that involve in my case study, which is the ping pong test, the acid test, the manhole inspection and the Mechanical and Engineering (M&E) inspection in my case study. Chapter 4 is problem and recommendation. In this chapter I will talk about the problem that usually happens in my company during the repairment process and I also will give some suggestion for overcome the solution for this problems. And lastly Chapter 5 is conclusion. That I will conclude all chapters partly that I do in this report. |
