PLUS Expressways Berhad can measure the level of effectiveness of their current PLUSMiles Loyalty Program. PLUS Expressways Berhad also plays significant roles in capturing their local user in order to make sure that their user aware with the loyalty program. It will help PLUS Expressway Berhad to identify their weaknesses and will improve their loyalty program for future development of PLUS Expressways Berhad. It is important because it can enhance the customer awareness through the PLUSMiles Loyalty Program.
