The word promotion is also used specifically to refer to a particular activity that is intended to promote the business, product or service. A store might advertise that it's having a big promotion on certain items, for instance, or a business person may refer to an ad as a promotion.
PLUS Expressways Berhad can measure the level of effectiveness of their current PLUSMiles Loyalty Program. PLUS Expressways Berhad also plays significant roles in capturing their local user in order to make sure that their user aware with the loyalty program. It will help PLUS Expressway Berhad to identify their weaknesses and will improve their loyalty program for future development of PLUS Expressways Berhad.
