Summary:Customer satisfaction is among the most important factors in food industry that need to be highlighted. The goal ofthis study is to identify the factors influence customer satisfaction and will examine the degree of customer satisfaction towards three main criteria which are service quality, food quality and environment. Through the finding, we will provide suggestions and recommendations which can benefit the restaurant and other agencies as well. Thian Court Restaurant (Kuching) a non-halal eating place has been chose for the case study. The main factor influence customer satisfaction will be identified through this case study.
