Secondary data will be obtained from literature, internet and other related agencies. Data will be analysed in order to identify the level of user perception, acceptance of users and relevance of using caravans and mobile homes for shelter relief centre in Malaysia. This paper on design of mobile homes will conclude that the design should be efficient, provide privacy for the users, easily constructed, transported by road, air and boat and ready-made to cater the needs of victims during flood disaster.
