Summary: | This study was an endeavor to discover the connection between the organizational culture and its impact on organizational performance. The example of this exploratory study was taken from private universities situated at different geographic areas of Amman, Jordan. The model was tried on a sample of 120 of faculty members through self-administration of a questionnaire survey. The outcome from Regression and correlation examination built up a decent connection between organizational culture and organizational performance. |
