This study aims to contribute the understanding of Islamic leadership qualities concept in the developing countries through the exploration of Takaful performance in Malaysia. The phenomenon of Islamic leadership qualities and performance of the selected Takaful industry leaders will examine through the perspective of literacy coaches within their real-life setting using multiple sources of evidence. Thus, multiple case study method is suitable and will use in this study. Islamic Leadership Theory will extend by emphasizing factors that contribute to the success of organizational performance. The study expects that Islamic leaders will bring the organizations closer to make improvement in meeting the goal set. Furthermore, an increase in organizational performance will effect positive economic growth and enhance employees’ motivation to perform better in future. The anticipate findings will reveal that the organizational performance can be enhanced by stimulating the quality of Islamic leadership. It gives an idea to managerial that Islamic leadership qualities act as a tool in helping the organizations to continue interact with stakeholders, establishes new and strong partnerships, identify future opportunities and develop the capabilities to increase organizations performance.
