REMOVAL OF SULFUR FROM FUEL OIL USING ACIDIC-BASED DEEP EUTECTIC SOLVENT – A STATISTICAL MODELLING STUDY
Sulfurs in fuel oil are harmful to both human health and the nature when it reacts with oxygen or hydrogen to produce sulfur dioxide or hydrogen sulfide which are both very acidic and corrosive. The method for sulfur removal can be either conventional or non-conventional.
