Description
Summary:Malaysia has positioned itself as a regional center for higher education and aims to boost its international student population to 250,000 by 2025, up from 81,424 in 2013. In light of COVID-19, it is anticipated that Malaysia would face strong competition from other nations in terms of attracting international students to study in the country. In Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP), although there is a lot of interest from international students to study in the university, a pertinent problem is the failure of many to submit their student visa on time. Hence, evaluation of the performance of the students helps to obtain important information and uncover new ways of resolving the issue.
