It is focused on developing an e-TLM which includes the integration of semantic and multmedia elements in order to create more interactive and intuitive learning environment. Semantic is required to constitute an environment for describing the laws of Tajweed in more details. While multimedia elements are now considered to play a major role in adding variety and interactron to e-Learning courses, which enhances and facilitates the learning process. There are three objectives to be achieved namely to investigate the current methods used in learning Tajweed in Malaysra, to construct a model for e-learning Tajweed that adapts semantic and multimedia elements and finally to evaluate the proposed model. In this study,there are four main phares to implement the development of e-TLM.
