Semantic is required to constitute an environment for describing the laws of Tajweed in more details. While multimedia elements are now considered to play a major role in adding variety and interactron to e-Learning courses, which enhances and facilitates the learning process. There are three objectives to be achieved namely to investigate the current methods used in learning Tajweed in Malaysra, to construct a model for e-learning Tajweed that adapts semantic and multimedia elements and finally to evaluate the proposed model. In this study,there are four main phares to implement the development of e-TLM.
