To achieve this, the housing industry must be more adaptable to accommodate the unique needs of people with disabilities. Additionally, the government needs to create a housing policy that is suitable for all demographics, including individuals with disabilities. People with disabilities are primarily concerned with having access to housing that adheres to regulations and accommodates their needs, which ultimately improves their quality of life. This study focuses on the priorities of the disabled community in Kedah, specifically in terms of pricing, location, legality, and house design.
