This project has sparked the government's interest in using blockchain technology for the administration, defense, and enforcement of intellectual property rights under its purview. As a potential support tool for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and other IP governing bodies, this research carries significant importance in the ongoing pursuit of global IP protection and management. Blockchain intellectual property refers to the initiatives done by governments to use blockchain technology for the administration, defense, and enforcement of intellectual property rights under their control. Governments understand that blockchain technology has the ability to address issues with current intellectual property systems, and they are working to make better use of the technology to increase the effectiveness, transparency, and security of IP management. The system ensures the safety of any individual in different fields: music, content creation, Writing, or any online-related work. This research aims to explore Blockchain Intellectual Property, including what it is, how it may be used to safeguard virtual assets, and its potential advantages for fostering growth and innovation in the new economy. It will also bring to light the limitations and challenges of implementing this new idea in the field of Intellectual Property. This research will also explore the services and policies in WIPO and how UAE supports Blockchain.
