| Summary: | This research was made to observe the effect of IT services on students’ productivity. Over the years, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) has provide many facilities in aspect of IT services and it have been improved from time to time so that they could give the high quality of services for students to finish their studies. Furthermore, this research has been analyze using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) method, questionnaire were shared and collected using google form. The result of this research is positive which means IT services have deliver the good impact towards students’ productivity. From this research, it is good to have IT services to help students in their studies and the services can be improve to the better quality in the future. Plus, IT services could add more feature to support students’ productivity. |
