Summary: | Statistical process control (SPC) provides a methodology to distinguish quality problems due to common and specific causes. SPC is a tool to control and improve processes in the production industry. This research investigates the way to get 10 ping pong balls into the basket consistently and the result will reflect the SPC control chart where is above the Upper Control Limit (UCL) or Lower Control Limit (LCL) which means not in control while inside the UCL and LCL is consider the process is satisfied and in control. The objective of this study is to investigate the cause and effect of the ping pong balls out of control and the solutions to get the ping pong balls into basket consistently. 1 to 3 respondents will be chosen on the day of presentation to show the difficulty to get the 10 ping pong balls into the basket consistently. The researcher will then show the right way to get the ping pong balls into the basket and a catapult tool will also be used to show the solution to get the ping pong balls into the basket. |
