The data was gathered from the distribution of questionnaire among students of the of Bachelor Information Technology and Bachelor of Science (Information Technology) programs. A total of 72 respondents had delivered their feedbacks for this study. The findings indicate that all the personality characteristics (Neuroticism, Extroversion, Openness to experience, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness) have positive relationship with social media addiction.
