'The study also examined their perceptions toward nine aspects of cmparate g o v m c e such as mamgement, appoinbnent, respwibilities and accountability, mformatian, assessme& remuneration, auditing and control, communication and finally pmciples and values. The fmdmgs h~ghlighted ht board of Drrectors aware of the corporate governance practice and the existing guidelmes.
