Quantitative method is used to investigate any relationship between three considerations in TPB with hotel managers’ behavioural intention to adopt IQS.Questionnaires were used to obtain data from 72 hotel managers. This study found that all three independent variables significantly influence hotel managers’ intention to adopt IQS. Other important parties such as others managers and friends who are important to the hotel managers also help them to decide the adoption of IQS at their respective organizations. Working experience has been reported to be insignificant moderator because as a profit-oriented organization, business objectives are the most important factor to be considered.
