Summary:The innovation in mobile learning has brought about paradigm shift that it believed to have potential in the teaching and learning process in Institute of Teacher Training.Mobile learning is a step forward in the development of e-learning, with the creation of mobile devices, education experts took the initiative to apply the technology into the teaching and learning process. The objective of this research is to find out about the opinion of experts in the usage of mobile learning in teachers training institute . In this research, the Fuzzy Delphi Method with 5 fuzzy scale is used to collect responses form 15 expert lecturers from various education field in the Northern Zone of Institute of Teacher Education. Collected data are analyzed using triangular fuzzy number and the ranking of each variable are obtained through the defuzzification process.There were 18 questionnaire items given to the experts for their assessment where Fuzzy Delphy method is used for analysis.The data collected were analyzed using the triangular fuzzy number and the ranking of each variable was identified using defuzzification process.The experts’ consensus indicated that the item “Terdapat kekurangan dalam perisian program pendidikan”(there is a disadvantage in the education programme software) was ranked first. This research benefited both the lecturers and students as well as the education system in Malaysia in the transformation of education in integrating mobile technology in the latest learning environment.
