It embodies the values, ethics, principles,discipline and method which should be consistent with the law.In order to achieve our national vision 'Wawasan 2020', the public sector in particular education officials should have high integrity. Therefore they will be able to elevate education in line with the country's vision.However there are reports that some officers cannot perform their tasks well.
