Summary:A variety of definitions have been suggested for the concept of marketing in education.Marketing education, like marketing practice, is dynamic. It must continually involve in such manner as to accommodate and satisfy a variety of interests including government, business and industry as well as student. At the same times, there is a growing recognition of the need to move towards lifelong learning, specifically that which focuses on informal and non-formal learning by adult. The purpose of this article is to provide point of view for discussion of an understanding of lifelong learning as part of everyday life, and in the perspective of strategic marketing education.
