without sacrificing the local and global environment.The purpose of this study is to investigate the students’ awareness on green public transportation. Theory of environment awareness as the underpinning theory in this study.With the highlighted five components which are cause of pollution, conservation of soil, energy conservation, conservation of human health and conservation of wild life and husbandry, to measure the level awareness of student UUM on green public transportation effect towards environment.Quantitative approach is used in this exploratory study.The sample of the study from 400 UUM’s full-time undergraduate students and the population will be divided into three strata which are gender, race and school.Findings will indicate the importance ad effect of green public transportation in preserving the environment towards sustainability.In conclusion, this study helps to investigate the level of awareness on green public transportation.Thus, it will help UUM to implement the green public transportation in the campus. |
