Nevertheless,their personality played an important role in conserving their wellness level despite continuous overrun of stress during work. Therefore this paper elaborated on prison warders’ personality and work stress in order to maintain their wellness at work.This research examined the relationship between prison warders’ wellness, their personality and work stress in Prison Department of Malaysia.
